The Darkened Valley

The current season is spring. Flower are budding and blooming and grass is rich...well,except for the grass and flowers within the valley,which is starting to become marshy again as the amount of rain increases.
Once,in the land of the Valley, all horses lived in peace and harmony,all was calm and life was good,throughout all of the seasons. But, as hostility broke out between two horses, SunShadow,and Chaos. As their hostility spread out through the herd, many horses began to take sides,the lights, who stood behind good-hearted Sun,and the darks, who stood behind dark-hearted Chaos, and even outside of the land of these equines came to know of the Calm and The Chaos ripping through the once harmonious herd.Then one day,it happened. The Neutral horses took off, outside of this blood spilt land,and seeing their chance, the darks attacked SunShadow's forces, driving the lights, and peace out of the Valley,but not far. SunShadow set up her herds, just outside of the Valley,. keeping a close eye on the Valley, watching as the light and joy left the Valley and it became marshy and dark, all of the trees died out and were slowly replaced by towering pines.The Valley,Was Darkened,and all equines came to know it as The Darkened Valley. Now, with her patience wearing thin, SunShadow is ready to take back her beloved land,even at the cost of her life,and with the threat of war coming quickly, which side will you help?

The Open Lands
Silver Meadow At night, this meadow is painted a rich silver color, flawless by comparison to other places.This is where equines can come to find a mate, for who would want to spend their life alone?Unless you are a cold hearted dark, but even darsk might wnt to find a mate.

Breeding Ridge This is where any two lover,be dark,light,neutral...or not even true lover can come to breed,to produce offspring of any alliance.The Ridge is rich with life and love,but it all depends on your personality.

Tall Grass Brook This a gentle flowing brook with crystal clear water and tall grass surrounding a large area around it. This is where mares come to give birth.Stallions are only aloud to come here with a pregnant mare,but further then that, will be driven away by the elders,Amor and Vita.

Dusty Feilds This is the closet to a desert you will find. Even though there are some trees here and there, their is no water, and sparse grass. This lonley place is where foals that have been orphaned or abandoned come and stay until, hopefully, they are taken by death, or a new family. Until one of those two fates claim them though, they are watched over from a distance from the third elder,Solus.

Rapid Water River This river is fairly clear,with swift moving water, but the grass around it is stained with crimson blood.This is where small little fights between two horses,over terras,mares, or just age of disputes between enemies.

Edge Of The Valley
SunShadow's Mountain This is where the ledgendary queen,SunShadow lives with her select herd of royal horses. The mountain is always covered in light,with the exception of rain storms, for even at night,the moon sets the mountain afire,making it glow silver.She keeps an eye on the dark valley from her perch near the top where she lives,and only comes down to make announcemnts to the herd.At the base of the moutain is a rocky ridge,where the royal herd sleeps and where she makes annoucements from.
But Even a member of the herd is smart enough to know, currently, you should even dare to attamept the climb to the top, no matter what.....its a dangerous path,and SunShadow isnt always welcoming to visitors.
The Light Meadows (2 sub-boards) This meadow,like SunShadow's mountain is always covered in light and life,but the name isnt completely true,for it isnt only a meadow,for on one side is a forest,and the opposite side is a beach.Covering thi area,from the forest, to the beach,is where the light herd make their homes.

Neutral Lands
Neutral Lands (2 sub-boards) The neutrals have no King,nor a Queen,they have their herds,but only those who are equal with their herd members may even dub themselves a herd leader,or even a member of one.They live outside the warfare and hostility of the darks and lights,but many neutrals use their neutral time to decide on being dark or light,even though some prefer to stay neutral.

The Darkened Valley
Chaos's Rocky Plains This land belongs to the King of the darks,Chaos.Unlike in the light lands, this 'meadow' is rocky,with many marshes. In the Darkened Valley,many thing cant grow or barley live,let alone thrive,unlike in the light lands.Chaos rules with an iron hoof, and doesnt allow visitors to his lands,and he only tolorates his royal herd,but even they are ignored, but,they have more privledges then the herds.

The Dark Forest (2 sub-boards) This forest lies in the Darkened Valley, housing only pine trees and sparse grass, due to the lack of sunlight, but the evil equines herds that live here have grown to love their dark terras, from the river herds, or the herds that live in the darkest parts of the forest.Even the horses that live in the marsh prefer to live their lives in the dark....if only for the chance to detroy the weak heaven kissers.
